Rockefeller University High Rise over FDR Drive
in Manhattan.
Jordan performs special grille work.
Jordan also performed soffit work under the building
and over the FDR during special night work
conditions.

Roof top grille work necessitates custom designed & fabricated products, special planning, coordination, and site logistics. Metal panel soffit work under building & over highway necessitates special night time & lane closure logistics and coordination.

Staten Island Ferry Terminal. A fire gutted
this facility and Jordan was selected to perform
special stainless steel curved metal wall panel
rehabilitation work under an accelerated, critical
path schedule. Other items Jordan performed
included temporary metal wall panel enclosure
work, as well as fencing and concrete bench work.
Jordan is well known for its ability and expertise in handling special site conditions as well as understanding the complexities of high rise construction in New York City.

This includes everything from designing and fabricating the custom products employed on many of these facilities, to managing the myriad special rigging and logistical considerations necessary to successfully fulfill our contract responsibilities.

On these projects Jordan was responsible for project aspects ranging from architectural and engineering design assistance, custom product development, special site staffing, rigging and logistics.

At the new Millenium Hotel in midtown Manhattan Jordan engineered and installed high rise sheer wall facade work shown at left, as well as top of building metal panel work shown above.
The work above and at left is actually on top of a new 50 story high rise located at 4 Times Square. Jordan managed the logistics of performing this steel stud framing and metal panel work.
